Palm One released the Tungsten C handheld as part of its Spring 2003 launch. The Tungsten C handheld was Palm's flagship device and was marketed towards business users. The concept of the tour was to have the user choose what location they would typically use the Tungsten C in and then demonstrate the powerful features it provides. Close attention was paid to designing the tour with the same style and colors set for forth in the new Tungsten brand guidelines.
